The town of Jackpot, Nevada is an unincorporated town founded in 1954 and located in Elko, County, Nevada. It is located less than a mile from the Idaho/Nevada border on US Highway 93. Jackpot is located north of the Middle Stack Mountains in the Granite Range and near the Salmon Falls Creek. It is about 50 miles east of the unincorporated town of Jarbidge, the Jarbidge Mountains, and the Jarbidge Wilderness Area. According to the 2010 census the population was 1,195.
Although legally in the Pacific Time Zone, Jackpot observes Mountain Time.
